Isadora loves using her education and passion to help Kurbo kids and families and share in their success. I also ask myself when confronted with samples if it really looks delicious and worth it before digging in.” Sometimes those samples can be overwhelming, and they definitely add up! “I have a major sweet tooth, so if there’s chocolate or samples near me, I always have a bite or two. One of Isadora’s major challenges is her sweet tooth, but she has come up with a rule to help her. I go to many classes during the week, such as kickboxing, kettlebell work, and various other core and cardio classes.” I also always get in a sweat session during the day to help manage stress, keep my muscles strong and boost my mood. “I enjoy home-cooked meals during the week, and I always eat a big bowl of either green veggies, a medley of broccoli, asparagus, Brussels sprouts and cauliflower to be exact, or a salad before my main meal of lean protein and complex carbohydrates. Isadora has a ton of healthy eating and exercise habits. Currently, Isadora is hard at work helping people make healthy food, exercise and lifestyle changes. After graduating from Northwestern University with a degree in Psychology, Isadora became certified as a holistic Health Coach.
